Another Step, Inc. has been providing services to people with Developmental Disabilities since 1992. It was founded with the belief that with a better choice of services individuals with disabilities would enhance their chances to have a better life.

Over time, Another Step, Inc. has evolved into a variety of creative individualized supports delivered 100% in the community. The number and quality of these supports continue to increase and improve.

We have a firm belief that we DO NOT NEED TO FIX people with disabilities, we just need to listen to them to learn what it is they want from life.
